Incredible business owner. Watched as Laura while waiting servicing her clients. Patient, kind, friendly to children even while they misbehaved in her office. Challenging position due to some language barriers with customers however continues to smile until all is understood and customer is fully serviced. This woman owned business deserves to be recognized for professionalism and caring approach! Kudos to Laura!!!
